Dear Mr Johnson,
Just a quick line following the recent completion of conservatory by yourselves Crusader Sun Rooms And Conservatories I felt it appropriate to drop you a line thanking you and your staff for the high standards offered from my initial enquiry to the finished article.
Your craftsman have always been courteous, professional and are willing to help with any problem or query I may have had during construction of a sun room. If any unexpected issues did arise, they were dealt with promptly and without question. Bearing in mind the time of year when the building work began, the site was always left tidy that the end of the day, which of course kept the disruption to a minimum.
Please pass on my regards to 'the lads', I will now save a fortune in tea and coffee. I presume the entertainment from Mark aka Jackie, comes free of charge.

Margaret and I thought it would be appropriate to write and thank you for the superb job your company has done building our garden room.
From initial design to final construction we have been totally impressed throughout. We have had many "experiences" with contractors, however on this occasion your staff have exceeded our expectations. Please pass on our thanks to them once again.

Just a small note to thank all your staff who were responsible for supplying and building our fantastic conservatory, it has added a new dimension to our home and everybody who has seen it has commented on the excellent standard of workmanship and the beautiful finished product.
Everybody responsible for building it was so friendly and it was nice to know I could trust them implicitly to come and go whilst I was at work. I will not hesitate to recommend Crusader Conservatories in the future.
